How do i use a Gift Card or Discount Code?

The process of using a Gift Card or Discount Code is the same. Once you have finished shopping head to the check out and apply the Gift card or Discount Code number in the Box provided.

How do i clean my pets accessories?

To keep your accessories in good condition, we recommend wiping them clean with a wet cloth and a small amount of warm, soapy water, then drying them gently with a towel.

We don't recommend putting products in the washing machine.

As our products are not indestructible we recommend taking them off your pets if they are going to be playing in water, mud or excessive play , as this can result in damage to the products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via debit or credit card.

Can i return the product if i am not 100% happy with my purchase?

We offer store credit for returned products, provided they meet the conditions set out in our Returns policy.

Can you fix products that have been damaged by chewing or wear and tear?

Our products are not handmade, therefore we are unable to repair products caused by chewing or wear and tear.

For safety reasons we recommend items that can be chewed and eaten are not used unless under supervision.
